Northstar Technology Solutions uses artificial intelligence (AI) tools to improve efficiency, consistency, and service quality.
AI may assist our team with research, documentation, and process support. It is not used to make autonomous technical decisions or implement changes without human review. All AI-assisted work is reviewed and approved by qualified NTS personnel before being applied in any client environment.
We follow industry best practices for security, privacy, and data protection. Client confidentiality and contractual obligations remain a priority in all AI-related use.
